How Sleek collects, uses and protects your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Sleek Broadband Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the rights you have. It applies from 24 July 2026 and replaces any previous version. We are the data controller for the personal data we process about you.

1. Who we are

1.1 Sleek Broadband Ltd (“Sleek”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides residential full-fibre broadband in the UK. Our company details are in section 13. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

1.2 Our Data Protection Officer is responsible for overseeing how we look after personal data and can be contacted at support@sleekbroadband.com (marked for the attention of the Data Protection Officer) or by post to our registered office.

2. Who this policy applies to

2.1 This policy applies to customers, prospective customers, former customers, people who use our website, nominated account users and anyone acting under a power of attorney.

2.2 Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. It is your responsibility to keep the data we hold about you accurate and up to date.

Depending on the purpose, this will be one or more of: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests as a business (balanced against your rights); compliance with a legal obligation; or your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).

6.2 If you do not provide data we need to deliver the Service, we may be unable to provide it and may have to end the Agreement.

7. When we share your data

7.1 We may share your data with: our network, installation and technology suppliers who help deliver the Service; our professional advisers; credit reference and fraud prevention agencies; other communications providers when you switch; law enforcement and regulators such as Ofcom and the ICO; and, in the event we sell part of our business, a prospective buyer.

7.2 Anyone we share your data with must follow our instructions, keep it secure and comply with UK data protection law. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Keeping your data secure

8.1 We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to industry standards to keep your information safe.

9. Sending data outside the UK

9.1 Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place: such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / approved standard contractual clauses: so that your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

10.1 We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, or to meet legal, regulatory or tax requirements. When deciding how long to keep data we consider its nature and sensitivity, the risk of harm, the purpose, and applicable legal requirements.

11.1 Under UK data protection law you have the right to: be informed about how we use your data; access the data we hold about you (a subject access request); have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and, where we rely on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.

11.2 To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@sleekbroadband.com (for the attention of the Data Protection Officer). We will not usually charge a fee, and we aim to respond within one month.

12. Complaints

12.1 If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact our Data Protection Officer first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns before you approach the ICO.
